The music of the Anaphora organism aims to be a genre and gender free hybrid obtained through a colourful and vigorous potion of textural, rhythmical and improvisational condensates.
A contemporary and athletic criss-cross between jazz, worldmusic and nuanced emotions distilled into a sound that dwells just as easily within techno-reminiscent urban grooves and slowly driven lyrical melodies than it does into abstract rhythmic machineries and full textures of sound maps. All are archipelagos of affective implications for the audience to be raptured into.
Life is a musical dream that calls upon us to be thought out loud and made to bloom. Anaphora is an oniric cellular body that aims to play out in sound what this dream might entail.
